Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is convenient to just about everywhere you would want to visit in Tampa, with some areas needing improvement. The rooms were comfortable but had issues with noise and slippery floors. The service was accommodating, but could be more efficient. The dining options were a mix of good and bad experiences. The facilities were decent, with some room for enhancement.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with fantastic and comfortable rooms for a great night's sleep, although the smell of weed and cigarette smoke was off-putting. Close to the port for easy access before your trip.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean, but unfortunately, they made our clothes stink. On the bright side, the rooms are spacious, well laid out, and don't require navigating through the casino to reach your elevator.
The hotel has a fantastic location in Tampa, convenient to most attractions. The rooms were affected by nearby construction, but the hotel service stood out positively. The dining options were limited, and the casino area had some drawbacks. Overall, a decent stay with a few considerations.
The rooms were great, but a bit overpriced. The service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The location was nice but required walking through the casino floor. The dining options were good but expensive.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were super clean and non-smoking, the overall condition was really bad. The service, particularly from Jamie the bartender at the pool, was fantastic and accommodating. The location was better than most Las Vegas hotel & casinos, but the hustle and bustle made it feel overcrowded at times. The dining options were great, but some services required additional charges.
